Payment methods are Paypal and Stripe, can be done through ko-fi if you'd like but ko-fi still requires one of those two service. If neither of those two payment options work for you, we can discuss other methods of payment.

Generally, I take payment after completing a thumbnail of your concept. For sketch commissions, you need to pay me up front

I will give a time estimate before charging you, ideally I should be able to complete any given work within 1-3 weeks depending on complexity and if I have other work. I will notify you of any delays. If you need a faster turnaround time, ask me. I might be able to prioritize it (I might ask to charge more depending on how soon you'd need it)

There is a link to a page explaining pricing below, but I am also willing to just provide a price estimate myself if you would like to explain your concept.

Commission prices are for non commercial work only. If you would like to work with me for commercial work, please dm me to discuss. Im glad to work on more commercial projects as well.

Please provide me as many details and references as you can. If you do not have a ref for a character (does not have to be drawn, can be outfit photos, similar characters, combined with a detailed description), I will have to charge more to do character design.

Feel free to ask me to draw for a specific purpose, such as a header, an icon, to be used as a ref, etc. The more details as to your vision the better it will turn out.

Commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise. You may not reprint the commission or any commission materials made by me onto anything that will be sold or used for profit.

You will receive a full quality PNG or JPG file of the artwork upon completion

Payment is in USD through Paypal or Stripe, unless we have discussed another payment method.

You may not request a refund after I have submitted a sketch to you. If you need to cancel your commission before I have sent you a work-in-progress, please ask me to issue you a refund. Do not charge-back.

I will send you a work in progress of the sketch, the lineart (if applicable), and the base colors before starting rendering. Any major changes after you approve the sketch will cost extra. Minor changes can be requested at any stage free of cost, but cannot be made after the commission has been completed.

If we have discussed another payment schedule, the finished commission will not be sent until I have received full payment.

Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve copyright to the drawn commission. I can post it on social media sites, in portfolios, use it to promote myself and art abilities, and for my own personal use.

I reserve the right to reject any commission request, without explanation.

Furthermore I reserve the right to reject any proposed changes. If I reject a change in the sketch phase and you no longer wish to commission me, you may request a refund or partial refund if it is at a later stage.

I reserve the right to reassess the price after any request for major changes and may need further payment to complete a change.

If for some reason I am unable to finish the commission and have to cancel, such as my hardware breaking, I will offer you a full refund.

You may not use a commission from me to train an ai model, use as a prompt for the ai to create a new image, or have an ai use your commission as a reference.

You cannot turn your finished commission into an nft.
